Pecora Flooring Inc. is a bonded
and insured commercial flooring contractor
with almost forty years of experience in the flooring industry.

Over half of those years were spent exclusively on
institutional and industrial projects. Pecora Flooring's
position in the industry allows us to offer materials
at a better unit cost.

 

We are known for our prompt and competent installations and our tenacity in staying with a job throughout every stage. PFI offers personal customer service from the initial bid to completion of the project. We pride ourselves upon our efficiency and flexibility, but more than anything, the superior quality of our workmanship.

 
Estimating
 
PFI is proud of the competent estimating capabilities available through our company. Trained draftsmen, using a digitized estimating software package, estimate each job. We are able to Value Engineer your project from the beginning. Material waste is kept at a minimum, and the best possible layout for each type of material is derived.
 
Installation
 
PFI provides complete flooring services that include master knowledge of carpet, V.C.T., sheet vinyl, ceramic products, and installation. Several of our installers are certified to heat weld various products from different manufacturers. Most of our mechanics have been working with PFI for at least fifteen years and we are proud to say they have all been trained professionally. Our installers have attended schools ranging from Armstrong to Forbo. No matter what the application, PFI is able to complete the installation.
 
Consultation
 

PFI prefers to be involved with a project from the initial stage. As a member of your team, we are able to provide essential pre-installation consulting in various areas:

  1. Our staff is available to put together specifications for any project with regards to the quality of product necessary for a specific application. We would be happy to work with you in order to provide the best possible product for the best possible price.

  2. Alleviating all substrate problem areas is essential to a quality installation and acceptable finished product. PFI is well schooled in this area. Whether it is a problem recognition or solution, we are able to assist in this area. Please ask about any shot blasting or leveling needs you may have.

  3. Maintenance is essential to a long lasting aesthetic appearance. PFI will provide you with all of the necessary information regarding proper maintenance and warranty information. We are available to assist you with whatever questions or concerns you have regarding upkeep.
 
Other Options
 

CAD & BLUEPRINT REPRODUCTION is also available through PFI. We have the capability of reading, altering or reproducing your CAD files as well as reproducing your prints of any size or type.We also have the capability to print your digital drawings from most any file type.  Simply supply us with your disk or you can e-mail your blueprints to drawings@pecoraflooring.com and your hard copies will be waiting for you at our office.

PRIME CONTRACTING is a workable option available through PFI. We are bonded to five million dollars and would be happy to work directly for the Owner/Architect.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS are available through PFI. We would be happy to discuss such a program with you and tailor it to fit your needs. Possibilities include services such as monthly inspections and minor repair work, to actual cleaning maintenance.
